The WEB-Partner Program Agreement:
This agreement describes the entire terms and conditions for participation in the Direct-GO WEB-Partner Program. In this agreement "WEB-Partner Site" refers to you (the applicant) and your site.

This Agreement will commence on the date of your application to join the WEB-Partner Program, and will continue unless it is terminated by either party.


Payments:
WEB-Partners Sites will be paid a 25% share for every GOLD membership coming from the WEB-Partner Sites only.

We will pay you commission on a per 3 months basis. On the last day of every 3 months we will total all accumulated GOLD memberships through for each WEB-Partner Sites. Check will be processed and sent by mail within 30 working days. Direct-GO offers alternative payment option - by Wire Transfer.

No checks will be disbursed for amount less than $100 US. If money owed to the WEB-Partner Site is less than $100 US. the amount will be added to the next 3 month's total.


Responsibility & Liability:
You will be solely responsible and liable for the development, operation and maintenance of your site and for all materials that appear on your site.

You are responsible to indemnify and hold Direct-GO harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, expenses, losses, damages or attorney fees arising from any and all claims and lawsuits for libel, slander, copyright and trademark violation as well as all other claims resulting from WEB-Partner Site's or advertiser's web pages.

In case of changes of the terms and conditions you are responsible to comply with all new rules within 10 days. If you have any questions about the interpretation of any terms in this Agreement, please contact us on: info@direct-go.com


Limitation of Responsibility:
We will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or Program. We make no representation that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

Direct-GO will not be responsible for loss due to down times, because of complications with the hosting equipment or technical errors.

We have got the right to change the WEB-Partner Program terms and conditions at any time.


Prohibition:
Spamming on the search engines, news groups or mailing lists is strictly prohibited.

Any acquisitions from URL's that contain or promote child porn, bestiality and password selling are strictly forbidden. Any duplicate memberships whether automated or manually induced are prohibited and will cause termination of this agreement and forfeit all monies due under it. Fraudulent activity may result in non-payment, removal from Program and legal action.


Termination of Agreement:
Direct-GO has got the right to terminate a WEB-Partner’s Site account at any time without any reasons and/or explanations. The WEB-Partner Site understands and agrees that termination of an account will result in the forfeit of all the WEB-Partner Site commission. The WEB-Partner Site understands and agrees that Direct-GO shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud or violation of its rules and any decision it makes relating to termination of accounts shall be final and binding. We reserve the right to cancel WEB-Partner Site status at any time effective immediately upon sending an electronic message to the e-mail address that you have provided. Either party may cancel this Agreement immediately, at any time by notification in writing by e-mail. To cancel your account please e-mail on: info@direct-go.com

By clicking on the button "YES" you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You have independently evaluated the desirability of participating in the program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee or statement other than as set forth in this agreement.
